Pricing:

Customer pays a per pound price for the hanging (carcass) weight of the animal. Final price will be determined at harvest. Estimates of costs and weights are below. Prices include basic processing fees. Additional fees required for smoking, sausage, and any curing or aging, should the customer choose these options. 

Goat and lamb: $7/lb hanging weight averaging 50 pounds for a whole animal. Average take home is 35 pounds/whole. Customer should expect to pay roughly $350 for a whole, which is $10 per pound of meat. 

Pork: $4.50/lb hanging weight averaging 190 pounds for a whole animal. Average take home is 110-130 pounds/whole depending on what parts of the animal you keep. Customer should expect to pay roughly $850 for a whole, which is $6.50-7.00 per pound of meat depending on what you keep. 

Beef: $5/lb hanging weight averaging 550 pounds for a whole animal. Average take home is 380 pounds/whole. Customer should expect to pay roughly $2,750 for a whole, which is $7.25 per pound of meat.
